There is something so powerful and irreplaceable about deep, offline, on the ground, heart to heart connection. The lifelong relationships I have made from these retreats, the memories that soothe me throughout the year, and the warmth we create together in sisterhood is what carries me throughout the year and gives my work true meaning. Without these connections, what is the point?
The work of healing is ultimately to create more joy and deeper relationships to both ourselves and others. That’s why I’m deeply committed to creating spaces for these cravings to be met and celebrated.

I am so grateful for Spiraling Higher for designing this retreat where I was blessed an opportunity to meet a group of wonderful like-minded souls whom I felt aligned and connected and in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Sam used our birth chart to match us with a roomie and the compatibility I had with mine was truly spot on! Mornings started with breath work with Gina and I will say, that being in deep mediation with a high vibe group made all the difference in our sessions and the energy is unreal. Many magnificent and magical moments were shared through the group sessions/activities and I am thankful to be a part of the community. This sisterhood is like no other.
